Wynnum is a waterfront suburb of Brisbane, located on the shores of Moreton Bay. Located around 16km from the Brisbane CBD, Wynnum is close enough for an easy commute into the city, but still enjoys a quiet coastal environment.

Being located on Moreton Bay, water is the dominant theme in Wynnum and neighbouring Manly. Popular locations include the Wynnum Pier, the salt water Wynnum Wading Pool and the nearby Waterloo Bay Hotel.

Wynnum also features a number of great parks taking advantage of the waterside location and views to the islands.

Public Transport

Wynnum is serviced by no less than three train stations on the QR Citytrain network, with Wynnum, Wynnum North and Wynnum Central stations all in the area. Regular buses also service the area.

Property in Wynnum is very diverse, and ranges from old Queenslander style homes through to modern architectural homes designed to maximise the waterfront location. Modern apartment blocks have also become popular, all doing their best to capture the precious views of Moreton Bay.
